A plastic polish for the interior?

I was cleaning my 2006 Sport Edition the other day, doing some interior cleaning. To my dismay, at the right angle or even staring right at it, I noticed scratches...small but many, all over the stock radio face. I also noticed scratches on my door where the Grey plastic piece is to the right of the door handle.

Is there a good plastic polish / wax out there I could use in the interior?

I visited Griots and Miguires only to find they offer CLEAR plastic polishes, but the plastic pieces that have the scratches aren't clear.

Could I use exterior polish on these parts?
