Want to share my experience. My locker was working, then all of sudden it stopped working properly. Sometimes it would lock, sometimes it wouldn't lock. Sometimes it wouldn't even sense the elocker button. So I took it apart and found the issue, because now the motor works flawlessly every time I flip the button. This may not be the issue for all but its a easy DIY.
1) So, remove the elocker motor.
*Then remove the C clip that holds the little gear, and remove the 2 screws. I recommend using the socket for the 2 screws. I believe its 8mm. ( One of my screws is different because the old one broke)

When you split it in half, you will see 3 metal prongs. These are connected to the wires coming out of the elocker motor. ( Im sorry for the bad pic) But the prongs are the ones in the green box. NOTICE ONE LOOKS BURNT!
Remove the 2 screws that hold the prongs. You will not be able to complete pull them out but it will give you some room to slightly lift it with your finger and sand the tip of the prong with 1000-1200 sand paper.
*ALSO! you might want to slightly bend the metal pongs upward so they make a better contact point! common sense here!
Put everything back in reverse order.
This is where I got my seals from, I only used 2 because I did not completely take apart the motor.
