A problem that shouldn't exist *update fixed w/ pics
Amongst all the problems I've had from the time I've owned the truck this is one that is just ridiculous and should not happen. The previous owner/engine builder had apparently threaded in the oil pressure sending unit into the block wrong. After noticing a small leak from this I decided that I might as well switch to a real pressure gauge. When i un-threaded the unit a piece of the block that extrudes and meets the switch broke off (WTF). Long story short I ended up having to block off that hole that has suddenly starting leaking like the Exxon Valdez.
This is one of those really stupid problems that at the moment I don't have a solution to. Really hoping for some good ideas.
