I guess a good question would be, is there a difference between the V6 and V8 system? Being full time 4wd,i wonder if it works differently.

I believe you are correct. ATRAC uses the ABS to transfer power. If your ABS light is on then it is probably not operating along with ATRAC. Im not sure why all those would be on, you might try stomping the brakes on a gravel road to see if the ABS kicks in or not.

Something is, and has been, wonky with my ABS system for a while now and all of those lights come on whenever I touch my brakes. Need to get an ABS scan tool and fix it.

Check wheel bearings. I get behavior like that when mine go bad. May not be, but it's an easy thing to check.
