A "TRD edition" 4Runner?

I found a 01 4Runner on the internet was wondering if it's rare or is it just custom made by the owner.

4runners never came with a "TRD" option or package, that was only offered on tacomas and tundras

Too bad it's a Luxury sports edition. The TRD OFFROAD EDITION is worth 4x more. But it's super rare.
