since ur pulling horses, definitely get the sport, & maybe think about installing airlift1000 or firestone air bags to help stabilize it a bit more.

Yep they both have sunroofs. I only have a few requirements, sunroof, V8, and 4WD. I don't care if its an SR5, Sport, or Limited. Although I am partial to the Sport, it looks pretty sweet. After doing some research I was a little concerned about the XREAS failing but I am guessing if it does I can just rip it out and put standard shocks in there. Is that correct?

You are correct. It should last quite a while though. Mine has around 85k and still rides like a dream.

I appreciate all the support for the 4x4. That is my choice but my wife is going for the 4x2 so that is the issue. For information purposes this will be our 3rd car and not our primary means of transportation. It will be used to pull a horse trailer and atv's. It will probably be our vacation vehicle also.

Why is your wife's preferene the 4X2....color of something along those lines?

I agree with the poster that said this is a no brainer. The much sportier looking SE with 4X4 is the obvious choice here, and that was before you mentioned you're buying this to tow. I've towed a lot....from pretty good sized boats to trailers. Having the 4X4 for towing hasn't been necessary too many times, but when it was the need was critical and may well have made the difference to not having a real problem.
