some people have this problem as the led's dont draw near as much power so the system thinks the brake lights are out ive heard some resistor's in line will work
You could check the ABS fuse in the engine bay. If you need to remove it, the fuse block has to be unbolted and the fuse is unscrewed from underneath the fuse block. Could be you mixed up a wire or just coincidence too.
