AC blower weak

Is this typical, or is there a resistor that could be going bad. On high recirc it still doesn't blow very hard. Any help appreciated

There's an air filter up behind the glove box... try changing/cleaning it before you stress to much.

Ya i used to work at an auto parts store and most people whos cars had cabin air filters didnt even know about them. I have seen ones that are caked with about a half inch of dust and bugs, which will definitely cause some weak air flow. If that doesnt fix it then check into the switches. Also i havent looked into how it works on these 4runners, but some cars use vacuum to switch the the actual ports between defrost, lower vents, and upper vents. If there is a leak in that vacuum then it will go to the defrost port by default. Check to see if you feel air coming out of the defrost when you have it switch to the lower or upper vents. I dont even know if that applies to these 4runners though.

Yep, completely plugged plus a large saran wrap like plastic sheet was covering half of it. Blows like the day it rolled out of the factory. Thx man, wife is happy.
