So my 99 supercharged 4Runners ac stared blowing warm while driving. At idle it blows cold. When RPMs increase it blows hot again. What pressures should I be looking for on the ac gauges?

What type of climate control do you have?
Here is the performance chart. And note these numbers are not at idle. RPM is in the 1500 range.
Our systems use vacuum to control everything and when you are in boost those controls default to defrost. Some systems have a check valve in the vacuum line to help prevent this.
