Just noticed this morning when accelerating a faint whistle every time I push the accelerator. Windows closed and can hear it in the truck. Trying to relate to RPMs, it always seems to be in the 2K+ range, but this is the engine speed any time I press on the accelerator. The moment I let up in the slightest the sound goes away. Thoughts?
I had the valve cover gaskets and throttle body cleaning done weeks ago. Truck has run fine since then. That is the last maintenance performed. Thinking when I get home from work I'll open hood and see if I can hear it when revving the engine. I thought about a video but I seriously doubt anyone will hear it in the video over the "groan" of the engine.
Thanks.
