Awesome man, I am totally down for a meet up! maybe add yourself to this list?

As for T4R, I believe it was for april but whoever put it together accidentally listed it for March ahahaha.

I just ordered a Safari snorkel, Tepui Awning+mosquito net, and I'll be getting a roof rack in a matter of weeks. After that and futher into summer we should definately have a meet and greet somewhere.

Thanks for the compliments and I hope we can plan some get together :tea:

so sick....

oh gosh this thread is soooooo sick. I'm sooo jealous. I have a 97 stock 4runner, it is sitting ducks. I have no Mechanical knowledge to do anything ...... oh gosh .... wish I can ..... I need to learn some skills......

I'm on the east coast, would love to meet you when I come to Bay area.

Thank you very much! All it takes is some education and a craftsman mechanic's tool set. :)

Well guys, it happened. Safari Snorkel. An extra $506 I didn't want to add to my expense list, but last time I was in Tahoe national forest I choked up my AFM from water splashing onto the intake from fast river crossings, and then closely following my buddy who was kicking up super fine dusty dirt.

This problem resulted in me washing out my filter in a river and spraying carb cleaner into the AFM in order to get out of the forest, and I don't want to be stuck ever again.

It was a tedious 4 hours cutting my fender. I could not use the stock template because of the aftermarket fiberglass fenders. So i got different bolts, and took my damn sweet time cutting off pieces of the body.

Total of an 8 hour installation time, but I think it turned out great.

Bonus pics: Got a Tepui 6ft awning and Mosquito Room. Used some clamps to test fit.

Now I'm just waiting on the Rigid Dually's from T4ROTM to come in so I can go to a fabricator to have him make a roof rack to mount all these goodies and my RTT too. And then I'm going to not spend any money for the next 1000 years, because my wallet hurts and I'll need new tires by the end of this year.

This thing is awesome. Coolest 2nd gen I've seen to this day! Makes me want to long travel my truck haha

That truck is awesome. I'm also in the peninsula with a 92 sr5. Would like to meet up and check out the rides. I have tons of stuff to learn.

Nice job on the snorkel, I was going to try the same thing on my glass fenders, but sold it instead. Now you got me thinking. :)
Sweet ride BTW!!!
Love long travel 2nd gens!!!

Rock Lights installed. Bought leds waterproof 3 part segments from china for $3 a piece and installed 6 white and 2 red :D wired it to a switch, and bought 16 guage speaker wire to run the 12v around the truck.

Any chance you can post a link to the LED's you used?

Rigid Industry Dually's Received! thanks to the April T4ROTM sponsor [ Ducmonsta ], and of course all of you guys who have so graciously decided to vote for me!
Thank you!

I was testing the lights out and they are so bright and the quality is so good I'm going to order two more! the plan is to have them all facing away from eachother on all corners of the roof.

I opted for the Flood diffused version, in hopes to have 360degree lighting for both camping and lower speed night-time adventuring.

Here is a quick photo just testing how they'd look on the roof facing fwd.
