Add heated leather seats to SR5?

I'm in the market for a used 4th gen Limited but was wondering if it's possible to add the heated leather seats to an SR5 after market, from another stock Limited?

I have a 2008 sport edition with power cloth seats. I pulled them out of the truck, removed the covers, added seat heating elements, then reinstalled everything.

I don't know about going from manual seats to power seats but adding leather and seat heaters is easy enough and well documented here.
