It is required that you have to cut off the factory frame horns to allow the much stronger AOR subframe to bolt up. Once you get it on and check for fitment you will be able to decide how much you want to trim your fender liners and inner front fenders. I would do all that by marking with the bumper on and then pulling it for the extra room to work before the final install.

So just to clarify for myself and anyone else who might be wondering, an angle grinder would be sufficent for all trimming require?

Also I'm guessing relocating the windshield washer bottle is required, or at least doing so will look a lot cleaner.

Yeah an angle grinder will suffice. I didn't relocate mine, i painted it and everything else behind the bumper black and think it looks good. I'm not going to waste effort on it unless it becomes an issue off road in the rocks. Until then I have zero plans of messing with it.

Thanks. Your truck looks awesome with those big square dynapros on there. I almost went that route but decided to keep it all tucked in for now. Again thanks for sharing all your info I'm really hoping I can scrape together the funds to get in on this.

Yes the group buy is running for a period of 1 month and will end Sunday July 13th. Whatever it takes buddy to get the misses to agree for you to get this bad a$$ bumper :nod:! I've come up with just about every reason in the book as to why i need this mod and that mod haha she's pretty much given up and has just come to grips and accepted the fact that it's a sickness and it can't be stopped hehe Hey it could always be worse right! With that being said,,, Yes it is absolutely 110% a necessary piece of safety equipment and will definitely make the front of your 4runner more safe and solid! I don't know about the trimming, but I talked to Scotty about winches, and these were the two that he told me would definitely work.
