I sort of doubt that will be an issue, but I will let you know after I get some seat time in those conditions. The plastic is so thin, light, and flexible... I doubt there could be any noise.

Well, mines out of powder coat....got the front cover off now.....
Probably going to be finished noonish tomorrow....with tons of pictures and about as good of a step by step as I can manage.
ETA: The Powder coating shop messed up the lower plate and are re-coating it. Guess I missed the part where the bumper mounts to that crossmember. Woops....as usual there's always a small hiccup with cars.

Only real take-away from the install is that I suck at cutting a plastic bumper, and I'll probably end up fabbing some steel pieces to fill in...kind of like what shrockworks has, and the LED turns need resistors added.
Ordered a set of these, and they should be in Saturday. Probably get them on that evening or sunday and see how they work.

Quick update on the 2014+ models. the first sets of wings came in last week. However, we had to make a small "tweak" to the design to get them perfect. I expect to have the new ones next week, and then we are done with them. For those of you who have one of those on order (I think two of you), I am sorry for the delay, but I want these to be perfect when they leave.
Once those are done, we will be on a 3-4 week turn time on pretty much everything at this point.

Here is the actual production bumper for the 2014+ models. We are showing it with a small 1/2" gap between the fender and the bumper. It can be adjusted up/down to fit flush as well.
We also installed a Warn VR8000 winch, but will be running a plain aluminum fairlead.
Bumper weighs 115lbs with the crossmember. Its a bolt on bumper, but does require trimming of the factory plastic bumper.
Base Price is $999
LED Fogs are $90
LED turn signals are $30
We will have them on the website ASAP and current turn time as of today is 4 weeks.

Finally got a chance to let mine stretch its legs offroad. All went well. Even with the tight gaps I set. No issues to speak of. The powder coat did get a little scuffed at a few points where the plastic cover makes contact but have to really go looking for it to see it. Besides thatm no issues to report. Can't tell you how many compliments I get on this thing. Even jeep guys ask about it.... Clearance is amazing. Last pic is a good 3.5+' ledge, with more gradual ramp near the tree.

Put mine to work last night pulling a bunch of trucks out of a bog here on the island. Held up like a champ to the tugging and pulling. Smashed a rut pretty good too and no problems.
Kind of sad the 2014+ ones come with stickers and mine didn't....

I'd lose them driving through the reeds down here or something. Already lost a set of those "wide-view" mirror stick-on things by backing up.

Only thing I can complain about is if the shackle points were about 1/4-1/2 inch lower I could fit 7/8th's shackles in there. Pin fits snug as a bug, but the knuckle on the actual shackle won't clear the winch plate.

All the 3/4s I can find down here have a little play around the pin. Don't know if I'm getting under-sized pins or not, but it's what I can find at the shops around the refineries down here. It's literally an 1/8th play so I'm not even worried about it.
I don't really know what to call the bit the pin slides through and screws into...if I'm not making sense I'll get my MS Paint skills into play and try a drawing

It's not really a complaint...I just got excited that a 7/8ths shackle fit....until I couldn't screw it onto the pin.
Not a big deal by any means. 3/4 in shackles are still more than I should ever need.
