hello all. so i have a 2000 toyota 4runner 4wd 3.4l v-6. im adding a TRD gen 2 black supercharger. just picked it up this weekend with about 60k on it. has the TRD 7th injector kit on it. got all the parts with it and tensioner as well as TRD boost gauge. Got a deal i feel like for 800 bucks. no leaks and spins nice and free, but i said, what the heck... i just purchased the rolling performance nose cone rebuild kit with seals and oil as well as the rear bearing set to be safe. just also purchased the hayden transmission cooler kit, denso ik22 plugs, 170 degree thermostat, and the oem timing belt kit with water pump, extra TRD SC belt, TRD check valve, and a 255lph high performance fuel pump. hope all this gets it going ok. i read a few threads about doing this install, hope i didnt miss anything.

i was planning also to do a complete transmission flush as well. do yall thing my transmission will be ok for using the SC? i have an automatic transmission btw.

Nice! Mine is a supercharged automatic as well and it does great at 135k.
I would be careful not to have it flushed by a machine at the lube shops... they can force grime and debris into sensitive areas and cause premature failure. There is a thread on here somewhere on how to do it yourself and be pretty thorough. I would go that route

My 4Runner is an auto and is supercharged and doing awesome at 88K. Stock supercharger pulley, 1st gen (grey) supercharger.

My Tacoma is a 5 speed and is supercharged and is also doing awesome at 141K. That has the 7th fuel injector and 2.2" superchargercon pulley.

Make sure you have the control unit for that 7th fuel injector otherwise it will be useless.

Any questions feel free to PM me.
