Adding driving lights

I'm trying to figure how to add driving lights to an '01 SR5. There are no light bars available as far as I know and a full grill guard is out of the question. Is there a relatively painless way of adding 2 lights without drilling holes in the bumper? Thanks.

Don't you have the OEM "fogs" which really aren't fogs?

If you don't then I'm sure you have the stock locations that have a pop-out piece to fill in with an aftermarket set.

Well I suppose that's an option

aesthetics aside, of course. I do have the psuedo-fog lights but would like to have an extra set of driving lights.

oh yeah, i love mine, they act as driving lights at night, i can shut my headlights off and they light up the road pretty decently just more along the ground. But when i turn on my headlights you can tell they're fog lights because of the yellow color of them.
