adding text between pictures?

I've searched, but cannot find anything on how to add text between pictures in my posts...what am I missing?

AFAIK, you can't if you're uploading your pics with the "manage attachments" button on here. If you use photobucket (or similar web hosting site) you can upload the pics to there and then copy and paste the image code into your text. Then you can type your own captions between the image codes if you have multiple pics. Hope that makes sense... like this....

O.K., well that bites.
I am not a big fan of places like photobucket...
When you go to an older post, all you see is the photobucket ( or similar ) icon because the acct. is closed.

When I post up a picture here, it will always be here unless a mod removed it

The actual text for that post above would look like this (although I changed the image codes a little so they wouldn't show up as pics)....

* Just upload all the pics via "Manage Attachments".

* Then type your text for pic #1, then using the paperclip icon insert pic #1 after the text.

* Rinse, repeat.

photobucket does suck, but I like the embedded option of Picasa, its super easy,

and you can change the size of your pics easily too.

Thanks for answering (this same) question in my thread:

If you hit the "paperclip" icon before attaching pictures, nothing happens...


But, if you hit the "paperclip" icon AFTER the "Manage Attachments" button, then you can "clip" your picture between the text!


I love it. This is something you don't find in the manuals!
