Adjustable Suspension 2003 4Runner

Please can someone advise me as to a problem that I have just found. The rear adjustable suspension of my 2003 Ltd 4runner does not adjust equally. The right hand side is higher then the left side. I can see the hight move when I click the switch but do not know why this problem has started.
Any help appretated.
