adjusting headlights after lift

I put a cornfed 2/1 lift on my 08 4runner and now my lights shine very high. Oncoming traffic flash their lights at me because they think I'm using my brights. Has anyone else had this problem? How do y ou adjust the lights down?

There are adjusters on the back of the headlight. I haven't looked to see if its a screw driver (typical) or possibly a knob.
