Anyone else noticed a recent increase in audio/video ads at the bottom of a thread?

Maybe something on my system(s) have changed and I'm just now noticing them more frequently?

It's pretty darn annoying, struggling to get through an intricate post or lengthy reply, when out of nowhere an ad starts screaming about the latest releases on hulu or Toyota's latest financing terms.

I'd be happy to contribute to a premium membership.
