160K miles

all maintenance runs clean

The National Automobile Dealer's Association says, 5K to 6K. They have a pretty good used car guide at www.nada.org

That is very near to exactly what I had. Other than mine was black, had a sunroof and it had 136,000 miles. I traded it in with the local "Automall" dealer that is off 80 here in our town, being a local you know whom I'm talking about, wink wink.
They gave me $5000 for trade in on the 03.

With the gas prices and current economic situation, SUV's are the most popular cars on the market. I would expect much less than what the NADA says. Probably $4500 or so.
