advice please?

Hey guys i haven't had a toyota 4runner before so i was just wondering if this was a good deal for this 4runner? im looking for a first truck to work on and drive around. i want something that will last me and to wheel around on. is this a solid truck to get? anything would help. thanks guys.

Miles are a bit high, to buy, even for a 4Runner. But take that with a grain of salt, these things go and go and go, I recently ran across a 3rd gen Runner owner who had 650K miles on his rig... If you maintain them regularly, they'll take care of you.

As for everything else... I would hesitate, personally, in it's current condition, to make this my daily driver... It looks great for a off-road...

Price seems a little high, perhaps negotiate to 2,500 and use the extra cash to fix it up a little?

In a nutshell, get the price down a little and fix it up a bit first, IMO.

ok thanks for the help but im in canada so that is km not miles so its not to high, its about 173,000 miles. also its canadian dollers and canada usually has higher prices then down in the states.( which im guessing most of you guys are from from saying miles)
