These came with my Eagle Alloy wheels when I purchased them, but I opted for black lug nuts, so I didn't use them. They are brand new, never installed. They are the acorn conical tapered style and the thread is 12mm x 1.5, so they will work on Toyota studs.

Unfortunately, I only have 22 of them, so not a full set. Not sure what happened to the other two. You could buy a set of locking lug nuts to make a full set, or go to an auto store and pick up 2 more of these for a few bucks.
