Aftermarket Exhaust recommendations

So I have an 08 V6 SR5 that has an exhaust that needs replacing from post cat.

Are there any good recommendations on exhausts? I did a swap on my 98 T4R using walker branded parts and the damn thing didn't last 3 years before rotting out. Yeah I know I am on the East Coast.. but 3 years?

I see mangaflow makes a stainless setup but I am not a fan of the side exit pipes, nor do I want my T4R to sound like a rice rocket.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

I was in the same position as you for the last month or so - I went with the Gibson SS catback from [MENTION=9]Jason B[/MENTION] . They make it side or rear exit, and are one of the more popular bolt-on exhausts on the forums here. Now I see why!

From what I've read on the forum, Gibson is the way to go. Great quality and good sound. Quite a few people have had issues with the reliability of the Walker Quietflow. I just got the Walker exhaust from someone for free but haven't installed it yet. Gonna hold onto my stock though in case the Walker craps out on me.

The Gibson seems to be the go-to for 4th gen trucks. For me, I think the rear exit is silly and the side exit with the double tip is well, doubly silly.

I'm buying one and then I'll do a single side exit once it's installed.

For USA-ians I think the best deal is from Burtman. As a Snow Mexican, the shipping always kills me.
