Yukon gears are the standard for quality in aftermarket gears. A friend of mine son rebuilds rear ends and transmissions for a living and like them.
As far as ratio, depends on what you are doing. A dedicated wheeler the lower the better. A daily driver, as low as you can get and live with the mileage.
Unfortunately, we only have limited ratios to pick from. I believe there's only 4.10, 4.56, and 4.88 available. 4.56 would be good for 35's but may be too low for 33's. I wish Yukon made a 4.30 option.
