Aftermarket TPMS Options?

I just bought a set of OEM TRD Pro wheels and A/Ts for my incoming 2023 ORP. I was going to get the tires mounted until I realized that the car has TPMS. I planned on selling my OEM take-offs as is wheel/tire/TPMS package to make things easier, but now I have to find a new set for the TRD Pros. I really don't want to spend $65 for each sensor, what are other options available that are easily programmable? I was looking at the Autel MX (https://a.co/d/iXzVmAV) but see that they need to be cloned? I'm new to TPMS and never had to get new ones so I need some guidance.

You're going to have to check around to see if local tire places can program your new sensors to your vehicle. $65 is probably the least you'll pay! No telling what Toyota would charge. Then you'll have about 7 years before the batteries start to fail and give you a TPMS light. I decided not to pay for new ones on my 2013 as I can check the pressure for free. I don't even notice the light anymore. I don't know if your ORP has a sensor in the spare, but that is the one I feel is the most important, as (in my case anyway) the spare is stored valve stem up; so you have to lower it some to check.

Unfortunately, although the light won't bother me, this is my wife's car and knowing how she can be, an annoying yellow light on the cluster of a $50k car will driver her nuts lol. My local tire guy says he can program it that's not going to be an issue, but wanted to see if anyone also had experience with the TPMS I posted in the OP. I've only seen one post so not really a great sample size on what to expect.

I bought an Autel MaxiTPMS TS501 TPMS Programming Tool on Amazon for $200 and 5 Denso sensors. I paid a local tire store to put them in for me. The sensors did not have to be activated or most likely were activated when the tire was aired up. The Autel read each of the sensors and then wrote the codes to the ECU. I got about 19 years out of my original Denso sensors; 1 was dead, 3 had weak batteries and the 5th still tested as good.

I thought the new Toyota TPMS devices could do what the Autel did; read and update the ECU. I don't recall what year that started but it should be for a new 2023 I would think.
