Aftermarket turn signals

I am trying to find an alternative to the 06 headlight conversion. I have an 05, and lost my turn signals lenses when I installed my tube bumper. They are currently zip tied to my bumper, and look pretty tacky. Is there any aftermarket lens that allows for the the blinkers to be mounted in the headlight housing? Or is the 06 conversion the only way. I have also heard of people using LED strips for turn signals. Any ideas or information would be helpful.

Why not just switch the signal wires from the bumper mounted turn signals to the corner lamps within the headlights??

That's a cool idea. I have the same metaltech bumper. Did you just drill a hole and use a rubber seal?

I did not think about this either. I'm an idiot when it comes to wiring. I will have to look into this.

You essentially take wiring harness for the turn signals and cut off the plug.

Then take the harness for the corner lamp and cut the plug off.

Wire the turn signal wiring into the plug for the corner lamps and you’re all set.

Be sure to leave yourself at least 6-8 inches of wire when cutting off the plugs.

Slide a piece of heat shrink over one side of the wires. Twist your wires together, solder, heat shrink

The lights came with the rubber grommet. I used a step drill to made the hole. And I did swap the turn signals with the side markers.
