Air Conditioner hot and cold

I have a 2005 4runner v6. When idling at a stop light the blower starts blowing hot air. When I start moving again it starts blowing its cool air again.

What are the outside temps and humidity?

It may be low on "freon"

I had this happen on a Dodge truck. There was an electric fan on the condenser(I think?) that had gone bad. Air flow when you were moving = cold, no airflow on condenser = no cooling.
