Air Horn?

Haven't done one on this particular truck, but i doubt it'd be much of a challenge. Some have installed air tanks behind the front bumper so there ought to be enough room. I have a whalen electronic air horn/siren that is waiting to go in. I'll be putting the speaker right behind the grill

It's not often I get the urge to be an a$$hole, but the other day I kind of wanted a set of Hornblasters. There was an oncoming school bus stopped at a railroad crossing.... and I was 1 car behind a different school bus stopping at the same tracks! So not sorry for such dirty thoughts.... :bounce:

All you need is an air horn, a 12V air compressor and a large air tank, or two. Make sure to use a large diameter hose between the air tank and the horn. Install a large 12V solenoid valve to operate the horn and a button somewhere in the cabin to activate it.
Obviously once you blow the horn, it will take several minutes to fill the tank again to proper air pressure. Timing will vary based on air compressor capacity and size of the air tank and desired operating pressure.

Best places to install the horn would be somewhere behind the front bumper or in front of the radiator. A real big air horn will fit in place of a spare tire. Throw away the spare tire. A 4Runner with a train horn does not need a spare tire.

The have the spare tire delete kit, shocker xl kit from hornblasters, also have air for tires kit from tank. I’ll post some pics later, I love it

I've been running a Hornblasters kit since 2008. Had it on my Tacoma first, then moved it over to my Tundra when I got it. YEARS of good fun and even keeps things from hitting you... deer, cars,etc...
People instantly start paying attention if they aren't.
They either get REALLY mad, or they get scared then laugh it off.
Also tunnels are the best!
I don't blast people for anything though. Try to keep the douchebag level down.

just get some truck nutz and "prius repellent" stickers and everyone will just assume you have an air horn
