Superflow MV-50, a small compressor that's a stop-gap until I can get my onboard air system (probably the new ARB unit, 100% duty cycle, can run air tools on top of the locker I intend to get). The Superflow airs up my 35's from 15-35 in about 3 minutes each--not bad for a relatively tiny unit. Cost about $75.

I never thought of getting one with a tank......
That could really be handy. I googled that tank up and found This little nugget.

I personally use a 5lb. CO2 tank. It is just like having a full size compressor at all times until it needs refilled. I have a 12v electric compressor as a backup.

tons of off roaders use them and i havent heard anything bad about them as well. cheapest i found was on ebay for around 230 shipped.
I use a 40 lb bottle of compressed Nitrogen. I have an account at a local welding shop and I use up to 4 bottles a week at work so I figured since I get it real cheap I might as well put a regulator on it and use it to air up my tires. I have used one bottle to air up all four of my 35's,my buddy's 38'tsl's, my bro in laws 32's,2 air matress and even use air tools off of it. I have yet to run out of air at the end of a trip.
Granted my bottle isn't as PRETTY as a "Power Tank" but at $10 a refill and $100 regulator I'm happy. I looked at the price of power tank and DANG!! They ask over $500 for a setup. Also a bottle of Nitrogen is filled up to 3000psi and if I remember correctly CO2 is only 1500psi. Another cool deal is when it does run out I just swing by the LWS and swap it out.

That puma tank is pretty sweet though too. It definitely has some cool Bling factor.
Funny thing is....I have an ARB compressor STRICKLY to run my locker. I've heard stories of people wiping out there ARB's from water condensation from their tanks. I geuss if you drain your tanks religously then you'd be fine but I have to be honest... I Never do

I aired up my 4 35x12.5 tires plus my buddies 4 33x12.5 tires in all about 5-7 minutes. We went from 15 to 25 psi with no issues. Unless you need an air compressor to run an air locker, I would stay away from the compressors. They take way too long to air up tires. Just my .02.

It all depends on the VOLUME the compressor flows--many boast about their pressure rating, but they often only flow about 1.5-3 cfm. Something like the newest ARB unit flows over 6 cfm, which will fill even large tires in no time (it can even run air tools, the true test of a compressor's flow).
