AirLift Non-Existent Customer Service!!!!

Several years ago, I meticulously installed the AirLift 1000 airbags on the rear of my rig. They worked great for a while but kept noticing they would deflate. I did the soapy water test and looked like "pinhole" leaks in the bag.

After sending NUMEROUS emails to AirLfit "customer service" they came back and said they had "technical difficulties" with their email. I responded to that email and NOTHING. Finally, I sent them a "nasty gram" and just got a note back they are sending me a new set-up.

Anyone else experience this crappy "service" with AirLift?????

So they are sending you a new set of bags for free but they have crappy "service" because they didn't get back to you in a time frame that you thought was appropriate? Even though they said they were having email problems.
Did you ever try calling them?

Not only did I try calling, but moreover, I called and emailed. This went on for months....not days.......when they sent me the "technical issue" email, I responded.....nothing from them for WEEKS.......

We all have our standards of "customer service" but as they claim they stand behind their product, I expected something a little (actually much) quicker. Everyone's time is valuable and although they are sending a replacement, that doesn't make up for the time for someone to take our the defective product and put in the new one....I bought them as they came with a "lifetime guarantee".......

When I sold tools for a living my customers would often tell me they could get the same lifetime warranty from craftsman tools. I told them they would spend a lifetime at Sears getting them replaced. Maybe that's what they meant by lifetime? I have the same product on the rear of my 99, they always leak down in a few days. I just stopped airing them up, I'll get coils eventually!
