Extended Warranties are like Health Insurance. You pay more for more protection against expensive repairs. I don't expect the truck to break down but I still have AAA.
That said, everyone gets to make their own decisions about extended warranties and live with the results. Opinions and results vary.

Out of curiosity I went to this dealerships Google Reviews and saw pretty much what I see for ALL dealerships regardless of make.

In a number of responses to the negative reviews, I saw the name Ezra Stewart pop up - phone 503-648-3213. The person posting this claimed to be the manager of the dealership. Normally you'll see canned responses from the dealerships customer service rep asking you to call him/her. You call and receive lip service. I would try calling this person and let him know about your experience.
