alignment issues need help.

I also noticed a wobble after rotating the tires, and even more so when I installed wheel spacers. I checked the torque on the spacers and then the rims after 20 miles of driving and they're still properly torqued. I was told it was the wheels needing to be balanced. If it is the rack needing adjustment, how would I go about getting that tightened back up? I know it's not my ball joints or tie rod ends, as I have recently replaced those and had an alignment done after the install.

Get the tires balanced and go from there.

ALSO - are your spacers hub centric? If not - get some.

Have you tried swapping to another set of wheels to rule out balancing? If you or a buddy has an extra set you know dont have the issue?

The spacers are hub-centric. I figured I would start with the tires, considering the place I purchased my tires from gave me free balancing/rotating for the life of the tires. I plan on getting the steering rack kit from Wheelers Offroad to change out the bushings and hardware to see if that doesn't help out a bit:

I figured that for the money it couldn't hurt on a vehicle with over 260K on the chassis.

I don't mean the hijack the thread but I didn't want to create a new one, but I've been having some vibrations as well from 50 up to 75mph in my seat and steering wheel and I'm almost positive they aren't tire related and here's why. The vibration is intermittent, I can fell it come and go but not always at the same intervals. There are also two other funky symptoms. The vibration sometimes goes away when turning on a winding freeway and when the suspension compresses slightly if there is a hump on the freeway.

Things Ive done to try to fix the issue, most of which were just maintenance items.

Refurb CV axels from napa(which I notice don't spin super straight with the truck jacked up and Slight rotational play on the inside where it connects to the front diff, same on both sides)

Poly LCA bushings

New LBJ

Poly Steering rack bushings(which tightened my steering but made the vibrations worse in my wheel as everything is much tighter)

Removed front drive shaft

My next options are get another alignment and rebalance tires but be much more vigilant as both of those won't cost me anything. Other culprits could be UBJ or tie rods, both move when turning and on bumps but I wanted to see if anyone on here has had similar symptoms.
