These alignment shops don't know what they're doing. I had a shop that I always used for alignment before I had the same issue as u. The guy had a $60000 dollar machine and everything. When he couldn't get me aligned he told me the truth that he couldn't do it. He sent me to a shop which specializes in trucks and 4x4s. I was surprised when I got there. These guys used really old machines with projectors that mount on the wheels and project a scale on the wall and they measured everything with a tape measure. Anyways, I go there every time I need an alignment and they get it perfectly. They also test drive it before and after, make adjustments, test drive it again.
