OK, so finally got it aligned at a different Firestone. They said nothing about my rack bushings and were able to get it aligned. They noted it still "drifts" to the right a bit, and they're recommending a cross-rotation on my tires. I don't totally discount that since I bought these tires second-hand (from a reputable fellow yota fanatic) and there was some uneven wear between the front and rears to begin with. I'm wondering if I also managed to wear down the front pass tire from driving with the bad alignment for the past few weeks. Any thoughts?
They also recommended a balance for the vibrations, but I noticed they're not as bad at 70-75mph as they were before the alignment. I'm going to ante up and just get a hunter balance soon and be done with it.
The steering is still a little squirrely at highway speeds, and I'm not thrilled about that because I really liked how it wasn't like that before I got these 33's and spidertrax. My old 3rd gen was like that even after I replaced damn near every front suspension component over it's 8 year life and I was really happy about no longer having that to deal with.
I'm not saying the tires/spacers are the culprits, but maybe it's highlighting things that are needed to be changed? I'd love to get it back to being smoother than not. I've been told the tie rods are solid, and I had my passenger LCA bushing replaced. Wondering where to next...wheel bearings/hubs?
