Alignment problem - broken cam adjuster

Hey guys, I've searched and can't seem to find any info.

Anyways, installed a daystar 2.5/1.5 easy install kit a couple weeks ago and went to get an alignment last weekend. The alignment tech said the front cam adjust bolt assembly on the drivers side lower control arm is broken. You can loosen the through bolt and the cam adjust "bolt" is seized (frozen, stuck) and the "nut" is free to turn on the other side. I haven't taken it apart further as I'd like to have the replacement parts on hand and only do it once. How does this assembly go together? I can see on the "nut" side that there is a broken shaft attached the to nut and I"m guessing that's the end of the cam adjust bolt. Is there a keyed interface that connects the two pieces together? If I need to replace this what should I get? I see on 1sttoyotaparts.com there is a bushing, a cam adjust "bolt" and a cam adjust "nut" and a couple plates. Has anyone replaced these or had the assembly apart? I need to get this done and back to the alignment shop within 30 days - help please!

No one has taken the lower control arm off before or had this problem?

I don't know if this will help but I work at PepBoys and I had one of the mechanics try to do an alignment. He told me the same thing, that one of the adjuster bolts were frozen. I took it to Toyota and told them my problem. They looked at it and said they'd be able to do the alignment. So I asked why my mechanic said there was a frozen adjuster bolt and they said they're not sure. So i had Toyota do the alignment. Not sure if maybe only Toyota mechanics know a special way to adjust it or they just ignored the problem.
