Alignment Problems

I'm getting ready to have my 4th set of tires put on (146,000 miles) and need to get have an alignment done first. All of the previous tires have worn badly on the outside edge. I have had the alignment done at different places each time but no one seems to get it right. They all claim they don't see anything wrong and that THEY have done it right. But the tires still wear unevenly. And yes I have the tires turned inside out to get a little more mileage out of them, although I'm not too sure that does much good.
Any tips? I started running about 35psi all around when I drive in town which is almost all of the time.

8 to 10 thousand. When I replace, all four tires look about the same.

I go to a shop here in town TDS Tires and they recommend every 5K- I usually do it every other oil change or so....... no real problems w/mine.

Get the next shop to print out your before and after specs. Then post them on here. Someone should be able to help you out.
