Alignment problems

I would have them add in some more caster ( as close to 4° as they can get) all around while bringing up the passenger side caster at least equal to the driver side. They may have to raise the passenger side caster past the driver side. This is ok as caster is a "non-tire wearing angle".

Interesting.... How do you know that caster angle should be 4 degrees?

On a side note, I can just see the look on the service guy's face when I go into my dealership and tell them they need to re-align my car despite the fact that it's perfectly within spec and that I need 4degree caster because that what they say on t4r. Lol I'm just kidding, I wouldn't say it like that.

Because that's how the vehicle works best. Toyota's caster specs are too low, in my not so humble opinion.

With a lift, 33 MTs, I still have 5.1/5.4 caster with other numbers in spec. Increased caster makes the vehicle drive straight without other input (same as rake/trail on motorcycles)

Castor will simply cause the truck to want to track straight or return to center after turning. +4 seems to be where most of us prefer the steer ahead on our rigs at speed. I personally have mine set closer to 5 because that's the way it feels best on the road. Having changed quite a few things from stock and running aftermarket gear, it makes a difference. You can choose to believe us or not. It's your rig. It does track straighter at +4. Asking for more castor isn't going to get you strange looks from anybody who understands castor, toe and camber (ie the guys who do the alignment). Since castor doesn't affect tire wear or safety, nobody is going to give you a hard time about it. Simply say you want to add more castor and prefer if they could get at least 4 so that it handles better in the freeway. Trust me, they will understand.

I was wondering and having to correct it constantly. How's this look now?
