I have 2017 trd offroad i got in august 2017). At 500 miles i got the trd wheels and 275 65r17 tires mouted and balanced at the dealership. After a few days i realized thr car was pulling to the right (even on flat non crowned roads and parking lots) and the car is strait whe the steering wheel is is at like 1130 or 1145. If i let go of the wheel the steering wheel stays in the same position but the car drifts right (so im pretty much always countersteering)
I brought it in not long aftet to get aligned (which i thought they did at thr time of inatall) it still did the same thing after although the drift wasnt as bad (but still not great. I left it alone cause i didnt have time to go back in because my pregnant wife was super sick the first trimester. At the 5k service (november) they checked it and said it was fone At the 7.5k (in may) i said i really wanted it fixed. They told me it was fine and that it was because i had off road tires "and they gripped every part of the road" I dont even think they put it on the machine and i wasnt given a printout. I didnt have time to argue and my wife was due that week so i had no time to call or complain. The tire wear measurements were even all around though.
What i need to know is the right way to complain about this. Ive never had a car not be aligned because of tires (or any other reason) Im mechanically inclined but dont know much about how to talk about alignements as ive never had an issue before.
Heres my alignment sheet.
Any help on what to do next would be appreciated!
