ok so Friday night i will be doing my toytec lift but i wont have my rear springs due to being on back order. Will this affect me needing to get a second alignment after the lift and then once my springs get hear in a few weeks.

Acually, it might have an effect. Here is the process for a front end alignment. The vehicle height, front and rear, is taken into account. I have no idea exactly how much the rear effects the front, might be tiny, but just food for thought...

:iagree: Springs are a part of suspension geometry which effects the alignment specs. No idea to what extent, but you always wanna be sure with suspension work...

The angle the rear sits at will have a very small effect, but probably not enough to matter. I would just do the alignment now if it was me. Otherwise it can take a lot of life off your tires.

X2....I just got mine aligned today after my Ome lift. I had some pretty heavy negative camber. Unless you don't plan on driving it, I would just get the alignment done now.

I hope I am not threadjacking, but how much $ is reasonable for an alignment?
I just got some new sneakers for my rig and the old ones were bald on the inner treads of the front tires.
