I'm looking to replace my xreas as well, used Bilstein 5100s on my XTerra with some OME leaf springs in the rear and the new leaf springs stiffened the ride severely. I really would like a 2" lift since I'm going to invest money in the suspension, but since it's my daily driver I am terrified that it's going to be an uncomfortable ride. How are you finding the ride on the 5100s?
I'm impressed they got you almost 3 deg of caster! I am sitting at a measly 1.6 in my current setup, and that's after two dealer alignments. Looks good!
man, not much wheel gap compared to mines, i have it at .85 and moogs fj springs and the front is high.
How much lift did you get? Did you measure before and after? The factory rake is like a little more than 2 inches. You sure the spring perch is installed the correct way?
i didnt measure, but i can fit my hand in straight, everything is installed correctly, how long does it take to settle down? the only heavy thing i have in front is the group 31 battery.

saggy..
I have discovered that with this alignment I rub on my sway bar and it looks like my tires might be barely kissing my stock UCAs. These are my 265/70R17 that never rubbed before. Can someone explain what part of these alignment settings is causing the new rubbing? I'm already taking it back to the alignment shop in a few days because I have a pull to the right. I'm pretty sure its because my camber is higher on the right side. I'm hoping to get my camber more towards 0.
is it rubbing while driving? or turning?
BBump.. Any alignment gurus who can chime in?
Not yet. I took it back to the shop who did the alignment and they took another look. They said if they adjusted my camber more towards 0, I would have too much caster and it would pull even more. I'm gonna take her to another shop for a second opinion
