Aliment issue

Tire Kingdom sucks:moon:

4 Weeks ago I put 4 new tires on my truck and had a front end aliment done all at TK. It took the person doing the work 2 days to mount the tires and do the aliment. I use the word person because, tech or mechanic would be a wrong term…….

The first day of work yielded a sub standard aliment that had a pull to the right along with a steering wheel not properly centered.
The next day (6 hours) the steering wheel was made near straight (close enough) and the truck no longer pulled….Good right????NO!!!!

Last night I was driving down the road coming to a stop sign and POP, my steering wheel goes to the right and aligns to the 2oclock position. Mind you the truck was going straight?????

I take the truck back to TK and tell them the issue, they say sorry, we will see/fix the issue. As the day goes I pop in an out every hour or so to see how thing are going…..I see my truck on the rack and ask if it is going well, I’m told that they can find nothing wrong, everything is tight. They tell me they will right the steering wheel to center and have it ready in a half hour to 40 minuets……

I leave the TK shop come back in 45 minuets and find my truck back on the lot. I ask, am I all ready to go???? The person says no, not really…he tells me they can not right the steering wheel then after a bought of “what do you mean you can’t fix it” from me, he tells me that the lead person can fix it but, he is not sure when.

In the nut shell my truck was there all day and nothing was fixed. They gave me crap service and answers.
I will call there corporate office tomorrow for a refund of the aliment.

I checked the steering box along with everything else and all look fine?? I see no reason why they can not alien my truck.
