All Pro 3.5 rear springs...Which 5125's??

I see there are several different lengths of the 5125's. Which ones would be best for this spring setup?

The Bilstein site is down so I'm not able to look up exact specs. I found specs on Summit Racing's site, and based on the lengths there you need part number 33-186542. These are 24.35 extended and 15.11 collapsed (compared to 23.5/14.91 for the 5100's). So, these are .85" longer. However, you'll also need the eye to stud adapter which will push the shock down even further (don't know the exact amount). 5100's are good for up to 2" lift, so these 5125's at .85" longer + the adapter should work great with the 3.5" lift coils.

Toytec sells the 5125's (not sure which part number) with the eye to stud adapter. I'd suggest contacting them to see which ones they are selling, I'd bet it's what I have listed though.

Ya, i saw those on toytec earlier. Where can I get the brake line bracket or line extensions I will need? I am also thinking of the OME front springs with the adj 5100's up front with my DS spacers that are on there now.....sound good?
 
Just checked and the Bilstein website is up now. The part number Summit listed for those 5125s actually comes back to the 5100s, not 5125s. I looked up the 5125s and honestly i didn't see anything that would work. The valving is way off on them. The one with the closest valving to the 5100s is 25.98" long which is way too long when combined with the adapter required.

Yes, you can run those, although it's not ideal. Just like running a spacer lift with stock shocks, it works but you lose down travel. I'd expect it would be pretty easy to bottom out the shocks. My shocks are the same length as 5100s and I'm running about 3.25"-3.5" lift in the rear. I am going to be changing things up because I've noticed it bottoming out going over bumps, need less lift or longer shocks.

Probably just going to lower the rear a bit since i want to keep my rear radflo shocks and coils. I'm currently running a 1.5" daystar spacer on the driver side and ome trim packer (.4") on the passenger side to correct the driver side lean. I'm gonna buy or make a .75" spacer for the driver side and remove the daystar and trim packer.

Edit: not familiar with those fox shocks, would like to find the collapsed and extended lengths. Valving is adjustable and its designed for our platform so that part of it should work.

What numbers should I be looking for out of a shock with this spring setup? Is your 3" up front all suspension? Did you bother with a diff drop?

All i can really do is compare to other shocks, 5100s happen to be the ones I've seen numbers on.

Valving: (Rebound/Comression) 1280/1050
Extended length: 23.5"
Compressed length: 14.91"

I would shoot for similar numbers, only a longer extended length.

I'm running 3.5" suspension lift, no diff drop. Doesn't do much, it seems many who install it end up removing it later.
 
ARK- Do you know where I can he the eye to stud adapters cheap? I found those sicks for $83 a piece, free shipping, but still need those adapters.
 
I don't see any specs on the size of the stem or eyelet, I looked at those but didn't know for sure if they'd fit. Personally I like the greasables but heard good things on both.
