I know that with the All-Pro apex bumper that we can modify our frame to make it work. Would it be the same modification to the frame to make the their Baja tube bumper work?

It's the same thing. You need to remove 3" off your frame horns, weld in inserts, and then bolt it up. You'll need to let them know when you buy it so they can modify the bumper in house though.

It IS called the Baja bumper, not the "Rock and tree branch" bumper.
In their description, they advertise its usefulness for Baja style offroading.
