All-Pro Offroad 1.5" Wheel Spacers FINALLY ORDERED

I know! I'm getting really annoyed now.
After my email about wanting free shipping she said this:
"We followed the policy that is noted on our website. We notified you that these would be on back-order within the time frame noted on the website. We cannot ship them N/C. Let me know how to proceed.
Sue"
Kind of a jerk response in my opinion. I responded as nicely as I could to that, she didn't answer. Then today I emailed her asking about the status and she said they would hopefully have them today. Sounds like now it's hopefully tomorrow.
I'm super upset, I've never had to wait two freaking weeks for something to ship. It didn't say back-ordered when I shipped them and when I checked yesterday it STILL didn't say "back-ordered" which in my opinion is ridiculous. They should absolutely ship them at no charge at this point. There's a 4WheelParts 10 minutes from me where I could get SpiderTrax tomorrow without shipping fees (making them less than $20 more expensive than the All-Pro ones) but I really want 1.5" instead of the 1.25". My friend got the 1.25" SpiderTrax and he has BFG A/T's and they look great but with my less-boxy Firestone Destination A/T's I really want that extra .25" of kick-out ya know?
If they don't get their shipment tomorrow, I'm cancelling and going to 4WheelParts...besides, a quarter inch doesn't matter unless it's in your pants.

I would just go get the Spidertrax. I was going to order some of these when you started this thread, but then saw the hassle you guys were getting. Found a supply place that had the Spidertrax in stock, got them Tuesday and just put them on today......Look awesome!......and no headaches......:guitar3:

Thanks. I will get some better after shots. I wish i could have gotten better before shots, but was rushing to do it before i had to go pick up my kids from school.....lol
I can not stand bad customer service! I will just about pay twice as much for something if a place has it cheaper, only with bad customer service. Hopefully you can just get the Spidertrax and be happy with them. That .25" isn't going to make that big of a difference at all.

I totally agree with both of you, it's ridiculous and it should be posted on the site that they are backordered.
I'm not even sure how to go about checking around here for spidertrax. I'll see what I can find and if there's even a place local. I also would rather go that route.

Thanks Terri. I was pleasantly surprised that i have zero rubbing without a lift. I couldn't be happier with the stance.
I know Spidertrax had them in stock. I had checked with these places and they had them in stock.

I just called 4WheelParts, he said he can get one pair by Monday, can't get another pair until the NEXT Monday.
I'm just going to wait on the All-Pro's. In the end they're the size I want and a little cheaper. It sounds like I can't even get SpiderTrax any faster.

Funny thing is, I found my neighbor across the street is on there and he off roads with them. I always wondered if he did, judging by his set up and the mud
That's the thing that sucks is more than likely by the time I cancel AllPro, reorder Spidertrax..wait for their arrival, the AP would be here. I think if Monday comes around and they still haven't been shipped I'll cancel it and order Spidertrax.

Geez guys sorry to hear about all that. I'm probably going to do the local 4wheelparts store for the spidertrax after hearing this.
All-Pro just had that 10% discount off all things ordered over labor day weekend. Couldn't they at least extend that to you?

Thanks man. Here is one shot i got late this afternoon on the way to t-ball practice.....lol. From the time that i got them put on i have been going non-stop. Hopefully, I can get some better pics tomorrow.

I know....lol. Holy cow, that just made me realize mine is almost 9 years old.....:wow:...this is the longest i have kept any vehicle. I love it as much today as the day i got it.

I took them off the other day. I still have all the wiring in place. I am going to see about having a Defiant bar made where it would hold the lower like i had mine. But i also don't mind the clean look without them......lol
