almost there. one last question

well with lots or reading and questions i have almost got my 1999 limited project done.
I have done OME suspention all around 3 inch, 1.5 wheel spacers and a 1 inch body lift. tossed on some toyo open country muds 285/76/r16. built and installed rock sliders got my compressor all set up. ready to go! Wrong. to my surprise the tires rub. alot. they grind while passing by the fender flares and at the inside rear when fully turned. I have all the things i need to fix the problem, ( grinder, sawzall, cutting torch) but i am not inspired. any one have any good pics of how you cut your flares and make em work? Im just a little nervous about starting with no vision.

Look on ttora.com , yotatech.com , they have more info on this area. Do a search on those boards first. Otherwise you will get flamed hard.

You will need more than just trimming the flares with the 1.5" spacers and Toyo's which runs their tires true to size.

Seek Dirtco's methods in his build thread...that will help alot especially if you have a welder in hand.
