Alternator Bottom Bracket?

Does anyone know if the metal that the bottom of the alternator bolts into is a part that bolts into the rest of the car? Or is the part I circled in red not able to be moved? Thanks!

The braket is at the bottom of the alternator.

That part come up as fan belt adjustment bracket. alternator bracket for a v6 5vzfe 12511-62010.The new ones are $85!or so best would be salvage yard or salvage ebay.

That bracket is the upper one. I ordered it shipped for $9.

Be careful the ft/lb torque spec for that tensioner bolt thing is wrong in the service manual. Take the Nm value and convert it for the correct spec. It strips out super easy.

just wanted to confirm what Repo mentioned above. 18.5nm = 13.6 ft-lbs. The book specifies 25ft-lbs and can confirm, the nut strips if trying to reach that spec (ask me how I know) op2:
