Ambers only

I searched a bit but can't find what I'm looking for. I don't have a corner marker only function. (Corner ambers). I replaced my brights with led's, and headlights with hid's. I see lots of pics with people having their ambers on only. Am i dumb with this or what? First and second know turns have the drl's on

I think he's saying that his parking lights don't work after he installed HID lows and LED highs.

Check the mods/quick write up section first. It almost always has what you're looking for.

What he's referring to is the inability to just have the parking lights on without the DRLs coming on.

You can do the pin mod that disables DRLs all together. I'm considering it as I miss the ability to have just parking lights on as well.

I loved that feature on my 4th gen, miss it a lot on my 5th gen. I've seen that threat so many times, but never read it. I have a little project tonight to get my amber marker lights back without the high beam on. Thanks everyone for reviving this topic!

I just did not know that it was a mod that had to be done. I've never had a vehicle where Amber is only wasn't an option from the factory

Just took 2 minutes and bent in the 2nd pin on the relay. Worked perfectly on my 17 Pro!

loads of guys do it, and its completely reversible. As you can see by my avatar, I've done it as well.
