Amplifer help

I'm looking to buy a new system. I've already chosen my component speakers:

I'm going to buy a 4 channel amp to power the front components and a subwoofer.

I'm looking for suggestions on which amp brands/which models/etc.

Any help is appreciated since i dont know anything about amps.

whats your budget and what sub?

I figured I'd probably get a sub based on my amplifer. I want to sepnd around or less than $200 if possible for my amp.

I've got a sony d class amp pushing my 3 12 jl powerwedge and it pounds. You can get them for around 200 bucks. Ive had this one for about a year and its bullet proof. A photo of the box is posted under jl stealth box review. The amp barely even gets warm even when abused.

Good luck finding a decent amp...Have you thought about an Infinity bass link?

Yah I have. Initially my plan was to get an amp and an infinity bass link but i opted against it becasue its too expensive.

I can say from experience....stay away from anything by Clif Designs or M.A. Audio

Yah but then I want an amp to power my front speakers.

I don't want anything too strong also. Having the basslink and another amp might be overkill for battery since I like to listen to the car with ACC on.

But then again it is a possibility.
