Annoying click?

I am getting a repetitive click when the vehicle is moving. It goes faster as the vehicle goes faster. It stops when I apply the brakes.

Loose pad or caliper? It seems to be coming from the passenger side rear.

Any guesses?

I dont have a solution for you but experienced the same symptoms when I had my '06. It was purchased new and the sound began a few months afterwards. Nobody could locate the issue. Even the "weird sound guru" at the dealer went for a ride and was baffled. When they had it up on the lift and in drive going through all the gears the sound never materialized. It was only when there was weight on the vehicle. This sound was the reason I sold it two years later. No way I was going to listen to that for the rest of the time I owned it.

If you find the solution please let me know. I have the same sound in the same area. I even replaced my calipers and brake pads to see if it would fix it. Still have the clicking sound

check the heat shields around the exhaust. Mine was doing the same thing and i went under and bent the shields away from the cab of the truck and it fixed it!

I would make sure all of the brake pad clips are installed correctly and not loose. I had a clicking sound a few years back from the front and it turns out to be a clip that wasn't seated correctly.

Nailed it!

I finally got around to this today. Brake pad clip was the culprit.

Thank you all for the responses!
